NATIONAL HOSPITALITY SERVICES SELECTED AS PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT COMPANY FOR HOTEL INDIGO, BROOKINGS, SD
BROOKINGS, SD (February 24th, 2022) – National Hospitality Services (NHS, LLC), a hotel management company based in Fargo, ND – has been selected as the professional management company for Hotel Indigo in Brookings, South Dakota. This Hotel will be included in the new development space located at the former Armory at 221 Main Ave.
The $15 million conversion of the old Armory facility includes building the 63-room hotel where parking lots are currently located, with a two-level parking garage that will include up to 135 spaces underneath it. A glass vestibule will be added to the front of the old Armory. The old Armory itself will be 100% commercial and retail space, with a restaurant, lounge and bar, as well as the lobby and office for the hotel.
