FARGO (December 29, 2015) — National Hospitality Services (NHS) announces the promotion of
Julie Brown to Vice President of Operations and Sales. She will oversee NHS’s extensive portfolio of full service, limited service and extended stay hotels. Brown is recognized for optimizing hotel financial performance and developing employee talent — building successful teams that drive each hotel’s success.

Brown’s operations expertise has resulted in peak performance of NHS properties. She facilitates high-impact sales training and has a passion for motivating team members to achieve success.

Brown joined NHS in 2005 as Director of Sales, Ramada Plaza and Suites of Fargo. Brown became General Manager of Staybridge Suites, Fargo in 2007, and advanced to Regional Director in 2012. She has served the hospitality industry since 1997 in various capacities, including Guest Services Manager, General Manager and Director of Sales for Iowa-based hotels. She earned AA in Fashion Merchandising from Lowthian College before joining the hospitality industry.
